How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets for 2026 are not being advertised yet, but they will likely be available online through Eventbrite as well as at Kingaroy Office Central, similarly to this year's tickets.
Check back next year for more information!
-
I ordered my tickets through Eventbrite - how should I present them at the entrance? There are two ways we prefer you present your Eventbrite tickets. On your phone using the Eventbrite app/website - this method is simple and you are less likely to lose your ticket. Printed out on paper - we prefer this less since it is easy for the information on the ticket to print unclearly, as well as the risk of lost tickets.
-
What is the dress code for the event? The South Burnett Music Awards do not have a strict dress code, but it is recommended that guests dress "business" or "smart casual".
-
What will the food situation be like at the event? Should I eat beforehand?A "finger-food" assortment will usually be provided on the night at no additional cost to you, as well as the option to order food and drinks at the venue itself. Often these "finger-foods" include sandwich platters and similar things. We recommend that you eat a small meal before the event, so you won't be incredibly hungry during the event.
-
Why is the event in the middle of the week? This event is deliberately held in the middle of the week when our musicians have a night off. It's a night to celebrate live music and its supporters, and raise some money for school kids who don't have their own instruments.
